Elance Tracker Invalid Payload Error Message
Today, I am going to share my Elance freelancing experience with my blog’s visitors, so that they don’t worry about this type of problems. Sometimes, the Elance tracker will show the “Invalid Payload” error message. Elance The tracker gets down sometimes due to website down or could not connect to network due to some problem. In this case, one cannot login and use tracker. I have also experience this type of error a lot of times, but don’t worry, the problem is resolved quickly by Elance officials (according to my experience). So, whenever you face this problem, just be patient and don’t stop trying to sign in.


If the site is back up or any other problem that is resolved and still the Tracker isn't working, then contact the support team. They will try to find and fix the problem.

  4. This problem appeared after they added captcha check to their site. Tracker doesn't know how to validate it. You can figure out the problem from the log file. Go to the Help menu and press "Find Log Files" button. But after some time tracker starts to work in some magic way. Usually tracker stubs near some hours but now I can't login the third day. The problem is very old and elance team can't fix it. It's a shame because they have access to the best programmers in the world. By the way Odesk Team tracking program works perfect and can work offline up to two hours.

  5. Hi,

    I am facing issue since long time tracker showing this error"Tracker is currently Unable to connect elance.com please check your Network connection or contact your Network Administrator"

    Note---> In same network able to run successfully but only facing on all windows 8&8.1 only.

    Tracker Version 2.3.3
    Air Version 16.0.0.245

  6. hi, can anyone tell me why this msg is coming at the time of payment on elance
    "There are no valid milestone to fund. Some milestone may have already funded"
